Collaborate with Database guide

Collaborate with students to create, display and search a bank of content using Database.

Approve student Database entry

If you have set up your Database with the setting  Approval required set to Yes then a staff user (Lecturer, Teaching Assistant, Programme Administrator) will have to approve entries by selecting the approve option available after selecting the three dots menu to the right of the entry.

Drop down three dots, select the option that you want.,

Delete student Database entry

If you have set up your Database with the setting Approval required set to Yes then a staff user (Lecturer, Teaching Assistant, Programme Administrator) can delete inappropriate entries by opening the three dots menu to the right of the entry, then selecting either Delete or Undo approval.
