After Lecture Capture guide

Explore how to check, edit and share your recording after a Lecture Capture

About

Echo includes an online editor that you can use to make simple cuts and adjustments to your content directly through the web browser. The editor makes it easy to trim the beginning or end of your video, cut sections from the middle, or make new clips from a shorter section of the recording. You may want to use the editor to do the following:

  • Trim the beginning and end of a scheduled recording as students are arriving and leaving.
  • Cut confidential or copyrighted information from a lecture.
  • Create a short section of a lecture to share as a separate video in another module or a different academic year.

Editing with Echo360 is non-destructive, so you can revert back to the original recording if needed.
