Manage resources with Kaltura MediaSpace guide

You can add a colleague to your video to enable them to edit it, add captions and place the video on their Moodle modules.

1. Login to MediaSpace mediaspace.city.ac.uk or login to Moodle.
2. In Moodle, select Utilities from the top navigation menu and select My Media.
3. Select the video thumbnail to open the Video.
4. Under the video, to the right, select the ACTIONS menu to open it.
5. Select Edit. 

   

5. Select the Collaboration tab.
6. Under Media Collaborators, select + Add Collaborator.

   

7. Enter the name, university username or email for the person you wish to add as a collaborator.
   • Select Co-Editor to allow them to edit your video and order captions. They can also publish the video on their Moodle modules.
   • Select Co-Publisher to allow them to publish your video. They can also publish the video on their Moodle modules.
   • Select Co-Viewer to allow them to view the video. They will not be able to publish the video on their Moodle modules.
8. Select Add to save your changes.
