From the module Team you can:

  • Message all students in a Team and reply to conversations in a channel.
    • Remember to use subject lines when starting new conversations.
  • Send announcements
    • Use a headline and image, to help your announcement cut through noise.
  • Start a conversation with one or a group of students using Chat.

Manage student expectations

Let students know:

  • Which tools you are going to use to communicate with them,
  • Which tools they can use to communicate with each other
  • How you would like them to communicate with you.

Be clear with students on your availability and when you will respond to queries.
