As soon as a student's course has been completed, they will automatically become an alumni. They will no longer have access to Moodle and all files and resources that it contains. Students will be emailed before this happens.
As per Terms & Conditions of studying at City, students must download or export any data, coursework or material which they wish to retain for their future and sole use before their Student IT Account expires. City will not be able to retrieve or make any data, coursework or material available to them after their Student IT Account expires
A new feature in Moodle 4, enables students to download module content in three clicks. The Enable download module content setting is on by default. If you have not disabled this on your module then students can choose to download module content (not their assessment submissions).
- Select More from the contextual navigation menu.
- Select Download module content.
- A confirmation screen displays and students select Download.
- If you disable this setting, students can choose to download content file-by-file.
