- On the module page, select Grades from the contextual navigation menu.
- Open the Grader report drop-down menu from the top left of the page.
- Select Export from the bottom of the menu.
- Ensure that Export as menu displays Checklist.
- Checklist to export: From the drop-down, select the checklist which you want to export
- Group: Select the group of students (if one or more groupings are set up in the module) to be included in the export spreadsheet
- Include optional items: Option to include optional checklist items in the spreadsheet
- Percentage column: Show (required items) percentage complete for each student
- Percentage row: Show percentage of students who have ticked each item
- Percentage for headings: Show percentage of required items checked under each heading
- Select Export Excel file.
Note: In the export spreadsheet, completed checklist items are marked with 1 if they are updated by students, and Y if by lecturers. So Y1 means that the item is marked as complete by both the student and lecturer:
