Create an offline version of H5P content

Once you have created Public content in the Content bank or added unlisted H5P content as an H5P activity for students to complete it is not possible to prevent other staff members from editing the H5P content. You can choose to download the H5P content and store it on OneDrive if you need to retain the original version of the content.

  1. Open the module page where the H5P content was created.
  2. Select the More link from the contextual navigation menu and choose the Content bank option.
  3. Select the H5P you would like to download.
  4. Open the More menu underneath the content title. More menu opened on Accordion resource
  5. Select Download. Save the content to OneDrive.

If you want to reuse the original H5P content on the same or a different iteration of the module you can upload the saved file to the Content bank and then add it as an activity for students.
