By default, all H5P Content packages which are created in or uploaded to the content bank are set as Public. This means that staff enrolled as Lecturers an Programme Administrators on the module can search for, edit and download your H5P content package. If you do not want your H5P content package to be accidentally edited or released to students, you can make it unlisted so that only you can see the package in the Content bank.
To make content Unlisted:
You can create an H5P activity for students that is linked to an Unlisted H5P content package. Once you link the content package to an activity, it can be edited via the activity by staff with permission to edit H5P content.
When you are ready to share your H5P Content package with other colleagues who are enrolled to the module, change the status of the package from unlisted back to public.
To make content public:
Note: When you make your Content package public, other members of staff who are enrolled as Lecturers or Programme Administrators on the module can edit the H5P content via the Content bank.
