Blocks guide

The Search forums block enables users to search Forums on a module or a word or phrase. The facility to search a forum is available via Forums so you do not need to add this block.

• Open a Forum on the module page.
• To search type the word or phrase you want to find in the Search forums input field.
• For basic searching of one or more words anywhere in the Forum, type them separated by spaces.

If you want to use advanced search options, put your cursor in the Search forums field without typing any text. Press Enter on your keyboard. Additional search fields display enabling you to further refine your search.
