Limitations of Label
In Moodle 3.9, Label is called Label - Basic. Label (Bootstrap) is called Label - Enhanced
Development has stopped on Label (Bootstrap). While this resource type currently works in Moodle 4, we recommend limiting your use of Label (Bootstrap) and use Label instead when you want to add in sub-headings to long sections.
When you add new content to a section it defaults to the bottom of the section.
