The MILL and TV Studio

This guide will explain the capabilities of the MILL and TV studio

Scene Tags

As a presenter, you can change to a different scene at any time by selecting one of the scene buttons using the air remote, or by pressing one of the function keys. However, this can introduce a delay in your presentation as you go to select it. For a more seamless approach, you can get the Presentation Station to automatically change to a new scene when a new PowerPoint slide is displayed. This is done by using a scene tag within your PowerPoint notes. By setting these up before you present you can seamlessly and automatically change scenes throughout your presentation.

Adding a Scene Tag

Anywhere within your PowerPoint notes, write the name of the scene you wish to use with that slide. Enclose the scene name within a square brackets, e.g.

[title]       [selfie]      [presentation]      [tv]

[ar]      [screencast]      [pip]      [blank]

Scene tags are not case sensitive and you can only use one per slide.

Example

Within the notes of slide 3, use the scene tag [presentation]

When that slide is displayed, the scene changes to the presentation scene
